Discovery Series Merlot has nuances of ripe plum and hedgerow berries on the nose. In the mouth the wine is soft and juicy with flavours of black plum and blackberry, underpinned by subtle spice and delivered in an easy drinking style. Great with red meats and hard cheeses.
